I. Analytical support and networking in local community development: The Global Consultants professionals have solid and strong capabilities and internal resource-based competence equipped with its highly qualified staff, both technical and managerial professionals. The professionals have long experience in academic research and development studies. The Group has the capacity to build fundamental base for community driven development initiatives and knowledge transfer projects. It has also the capability to undertake community development studies, rural development initiatives, sectoral needs assessments studies for disadvantaged areas, utilize participatory social development analysis, conduct diverse sectoral evaluation and network with community leaders and experts in local, regional and international public-private platform partnerships and disseminate knowledge transfer.

III. Experience of working with donor organisations: The Global Consultants professionals and technical consultants have long experience to work with various donor organisations, which includes bilateral and multilateral agencies, other funding agencies and governmental bodies in implementing, designing, monitoring and evaluating multi donor-funded projects.
